Fees

I offer online or face-to-face sessions. Sessions last around 60 - 75 minutes.  This allows flexibility to give the time you need to ensure you have the appropriate treatment and care each session. Packages of multiple sessions offer the best value and provide continuity for your progress.

Sessions focused on smoking, vaping, alcohol and addictive behaviour, follow a different approach, so the pricing starts at £250 per session. (You may only need one session depending on your habit and a full quotation will be given after a free consultation before you decide to proceed.)

 

Executive Access Packages: I understand that some of my clients have demands on their time that make it difficult to access treatment during usual working hours. If you need extended access to hypnotherapy services, including additional support between sessions, or you want to arrange in-person treatment at an alternative location to suit your schedule, please discuss the range of options available. Once we determine the extra provision that will suit you, a personal quotation will be given.

Will I lose control?

No, you are in control the whole time. Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation during which we are more open to suggestions that create new neural pathways. However, our minds don’t allow us to accept suggestions that don’t align with our beliefs and desires, so you are always in the driver’s seat during hypnosis therapy.

Should I book a hypnotherapy service in person or over Zoom?

Ultimately, it’s up to you. Some people like having sessions in a different environment and in-person interaction. Other people prefer not having to travel and enjoy the convenience of being in their own home, so they can choose to go straight to bed and sleep after a session. Either way is just as effective because we can see and hear each other.
